  1. Screw it. There’s no such thing as failing a diet. You had one meal that wasn’t as good as it could have been – BFD. It could have been a lot worse. Could have been no whole grain, could have made it with half and half and a stick of butter, could have eaten 2 boxes.

  2. Agree w/Sharon. Plus you have taken good preventative action against beer deficiency! [insert random study about beer being good for you]

  3. Just eat in moderation and don’t limit yourself! 🙂 I remember while I was at a ski resort and it was -12 degrees celsius outside, mac and cheese freshly out of the microwave was my best friend. sigh. 🙂
