  3. I had an extremely bad experience with pho in Spring Branch – some place tucked away off of Campbell I think…anyhow, have not tried it since…
    I am going to take your suggestions and go for it again!!!

  4. I’m a pho-natic, too! My current favorite place in Paris serves it with a perfectly hard-boiled quail egg in each bowl. It makes me smile every time.
